Customs Compliance Consulting, Inc. has been in business since 1995. Our founder, Clement Key, is a retired Field National Import Specialist who was responsible for Classification, Valuation, Admissibility, NAFTA, Textiles, Entire Tariff, Protest, Drawback, Warehouse, Entry Process, and Audits.
Clement Key has been trained by U.S. Customs at the Federal Law Enforcement Center. He is experienced and has written binding rulings. He holds a Customs Broker License and is a published author of several books, including, Principles of Classification: Export and Import and Principles of Valuation: Export and Import, and NAFTA. He has written other books that are listed under products.
